All services are provided by a fully insured professional cleaner using commercial-grade equipment and products.

Regular Cleaning (Weekly or Fortnightly)

Minimum booking: 2 hours

• First 2 hours: $129 (inc. GST)

• Additional time: $66 per hour (inc. GST)

Regular cleaning is ideal for ongoing home maintenance, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and general living areas.
Consistent cleaning helps maintain a high standard and reduces the time required on each visit.

Regular Cleaning Discounts

• Weekly: 10% OFF

• Fortnightly: 5% OFF

Discounts are applied to the total service cost.
For first-time services, the $20 first-time discount applies, and Weekly or Fortnightly discounts do not apply to that visit.

Commercial Cleaning

Minimum booking: 2 hours

• First 2 hours: $142 (inc. GST)

• Additional time: $72 per hour (inc. GST)

We provide reliable commercial cleaning for offices and small businesses where consistency, attention to detail, and accountability are essential.
Ongoing contracts and fixed schedules are available upon request.

Important Notes

• All prices include GST.

• Service duration may vary depending on the condition of the property.

• For first-time cleans or properties that have not been professionally cleaned recently, additional time may be required.

• A walkthrough may be conducted upon arrival to confirm the scope of work.

• In some cases, we may assign two staff members to complete the service more efficiently.
  When two staff are assigned, a combined hourly rate will apply.

We offer $20 OFF your first regular clean to help new clients experience our service.

• This offer applies to weekly or fortnightly regular cleaning bookings only

• The $20 discount is valid for the first visit only

• There is no obligation to continue after the first clean

If you decide not to continue with regular cleaning after your first service, no penalties or additional charges apply.
Simply let us know before the next scheduled visit.

• No refunds or price adjustments will be made if the service is not continued
